From not being able to afford a bus ride or food to having the industry want to work with him. His passion and sincerity for music is undeniable and I’m so happy and proud he’s able to show the world what he loves. Get that bread Min PD!

Should we really trust London Trust Media (A.K.A PIA)? Who are they really can they see all our traffic?
Main Post:
Who exactly started London Trust Media, the company that owns Private Internet Access? Aren't they able to see all the traffic to all the servers? Why should users trust them?
Top Comment: So, as the company rep, I'll add a bit more into this, as u/norkamus has added the legal sides via our interviews. As a member of the company's support team (And before we moved all our sysadmins off-shore, a Linux administrator with access), I personally confirmed, as much for my own curiosity as anything else, and so I could provide as true a statement as possible to our clients/prospective clients, that we perform no logging. While we do have tools available, which are standard linux tools like TCPDump, they would have to be manually initiated by our sysadmin team. Now, to expand on this a bit more, as things start to get a bit complex/messy here, which is why I was actually moved to this particular role within the company, as I've got a good solid technical background to match these types of questions. At any given time, our servers have multiple user connections to them, based on the quick checks I had done in the past (Which showed TCP only, UDP is impossible to verify), I'd say somewhere between 50-70 users (Again, unofficial, spot-checks only based on personal checking at the time, and this was months ago). Due to the way that OpenVPN and IPTables works, we perform a NAT, very, very similar to the way that your router splits your public IP to the multiple IP's that your home computers have, just a bit bigger scale. Due to NAT, the system is the only thing that can know that the packet from google is supposed to be sent to the 10.x.x.x IP we assign you when you connect. Now, that being said, I did mention a tool earlier, and I'll touch on that a bit more closely. TCPDump is a tool, designed to put a network adapter into "Promiscuous" mode, copying all network traffic to a file, or a command line interface. This is where the multiple user connections come into play. Only one interface on the server will show cleartext, IE: If I send the string "This is a test string" over the VPN, only the internet enabled Ethernet adapter will show the traffic. And even then, by the time it gets there, it'll already be stripped of the 10.x IP that could potentially be used to identify you as a particular user. As we have multiple users using the same public IP at any given tie, I'm sure you can see where this one is going. :) Feel free to ask any further questions you have, I'm here to answer them!
Scenarios/Media/General Overview of the K’n Yan in DG
Main Post:
I’m interested in what I know of the K’n Yan so i wanna try and run a scenario about them or with their influence in it. If you guys could share some scenarios or just anything about the K’n Yan that would be great. A general overview or your own takes/ideas for scenarios involving them are welcome as well.

FULMINATE, the Operation at the back of the Handler's Guide features the K'n Yani is the primary antagonists
It's an interesting enough operation, it's pretty self contained and presents some good moral decisions
[CR Media] Ki'Nau and K'Nauthi ....any relation? - EXU Calamity spoilers
Main Post:
I was reading back through Explorer's Guide to Wildemount and was reminded of the native Ki'Nau from the Menagerie Coast. The standard backstory is that they originally arrived via ships from Marquet, but I love the idea that it was a melting pot of both Marquesian colonists, indigenous peoples, and a smattering of K'Nauthi refugees from fallen Domunas. That could help explain the name and the long history of their societies worshipping Betrayer gods. I get why sea faring folk would worship gods (or demi-gods) of the sea regardless of their alignment, because a fisherman fears a storm. But at the same time, I think it would be cool if there was always at least a small contingent of religious who were old K'Nauthi, and still loyal servants to the Betrayers.
The names might just be a coincidence (probably is), but I'm gonna make this cannon in my version of Exandria just cause it's fun.
Top Comment: Total speculation on my part — but there are a few name derivatives that can be spun off and this was one of them! I do wonder if Matt nixed it because he didn’t want an entire indigenous people tied explicitly to primeval/devil worship (even though the Ukotoa link is there.) Ghosts of Saltmarsh would be a great place to adapt existing material! The other one that I like is Avalir and the Savalirwood. I’m having Bolo be an Aeorian spy who becomes a Corrupted Dryad when she takes a branch from the broken Tree of Names back to Aeor... which has a lot of tie-ins with the woods on Aeor, the Molesmyr, & the Savalirwood. There’s opportunities to use the final Adventure in Candlekeep Mysteries here.
As 2020 is coming to an end , what would you say is the best video playing app for windows 10?
Main Post:
I used to use VLC, but I was wondering if there are any other media players that are better at playing video. I'm a software noob so please explain what you are saying when you mention scripts and madVR and stuff.
Top Comment:
Imo VLC is still the best.
M.O.D.O.K. Age rating?
Main Post:
Just wondering if it’s appropriate for a pair of 7 and 11 year old boys. No review up on common sense media yet, and none of the reviews I’ve read so far seem to address it.
Thanks in advance.
Top Comment: Hulu's rating is MA. I only watched the 1st ep so far but there is some language, cartoon violence, and sexual innuendos. Even so, I probably would have rated it like TV-14. I didn't think it was that bad, but its obviously your call. Perhaps try and watch like 10-15 min yourself and see if you think it's ok for your kids
